Brian and Fionna Brooks are the proprietors of Great Holland Business Centre.

30 years ago, Brian had the imagination of converting the beautiful Victorian buildings that surrounded the Tudor farmhouse into smart office units. 

Starting with the old piggery (Unit A) in the main courtyard he developed the first business unit called The Angus Suite and over the next ten years he worked his way clockwise round the main courtyard. With each suite’s completion he quickly found a tenant and many of the original tenants are with us today.

Behind the main courtyard Brian then moved onto the remaining four farm buildings, the stables, Bull pen and calf rearing units were tackled in turn. This allowed him to create a further four more suites all with their own small exclusive courtyard beautifully landscaped by his wife Fionna.
